Goodwin & Goodwin, LLP, a multi-generational law firm with more than 55 years of history serving West Virginia, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. We’ve built our reputation as “the smallest big firm in West Virginia” by combining sophisticated legal work with the close client relationships of a smaller practice — handling everything from plaintiff personal injury matters to complex corporate and commercial litigation.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of practice experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated track record of strong client relationships
- Strong legal research and writing abilities — prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus, though not required
- A genuine, sustained work ethic and the initiative to take real ownership of matters
- A collaborative mindset and the drive to grow into a long-term leadership role within the firm
