Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Junior Lawyer to join our team onsite in Indonesia. The Junior Lawyer will assist in conducting legal research, drafting contracts, reviewing corporate documents, and providing general advisory on corporate and commercial law matters. The role involves preparing legal opinions, supporting senior lawyers in litigation processes, and liaising with clients on various legal matters. Additionally, the Junior Lawyer will support the team in cases involving civil, criminal, and commercial disputes, as well as bankruptcy and liquidation cases.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Document Review
- Experience or understanding of Corporate and Commercial Law, including Mergers and Acquisitions, and Employment Law
- Capabilities in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, including Civil, Criminal, and Commercial cases
- Excellent comprehension of Indonesian legal systems and regulations; licensing as an Indonesian advocate is required
- Exceptional Communication, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H) from a reputable university; a Master’s Degree (LL.M) is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
