On behalf of a leading international law firm, we are currently looking for a Junior Associate – Employment Law to join their team.
Your role:
- Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters (day-to-day advisory and strategic issues)
- Draft legal opinions, contracts and employment-related documentation
- Support clients in advisory work
- Work closely with senior lawyers on complex, cross-border employment projects
Your profile:
- Master’s degree with a specialisation in labour/employment law
- 0 to 4 years’ experience in employment law (law firm environment preferred)
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills, autonomous and client-oriented mindset
