Job Description
Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a HYBRID SCHEDULE.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload under partner supervision;
Drafting motions and status reports;
Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school;
Admitted to practice in New York; Connecticut admission is a plus;
3 plus years’ experience litigating insurance defense cases in New York State courts, including handling depositions;
Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.
Work Location: Hybrid schedule possible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000- $160,000 per year
