Busy west Ft. Lauderdale Personal Injury law firm seeks a receptionist to assist with the following:
– Answering client, adjuster and attorney phone calls.
– Providing basic information to callers.
– Routing incoming calls as needed.
– Open and scan incoming mail.
– Greet law firm visitors.
Candidate should be personable and have a professional appearance. There is opportunity for advancement within our firm. Many prior receptionists have now taken roles at this firm as paralegals and legal assistants.
Ideal candidate should have personal injury law firm experience answering phones with heavy call volume, customer service experience and/or sales experience.
