Daily reporting to clients electronically and via email
Problem solving with clients and management (coding)
Daily inputting of legal documents into the system
Telephone coverage
Opening and management of all new placements received from clients
Other administrative tasks such as mail, faxes, relief receptionist work
Assisting Financial Team Members with posting financial data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
