We’re expanding our family law practice and opening a new office in Richmond Hill to better serve clients across the GTA, including Toronto and Newmarket. To support this growth, we’re looking for an experienced, driven Family Law Lawyer with a strong litigation background who can confidently take on an active caseload right away.

What You’ll Do
Independently manage a full caseload of family law matters, from intake through to trial
Appear in Ontario courts on motions, conferences, and trials
Lead negotiations, mediations, and case strategy meetings
Draft, review, and finalize all required legal documentation including pleadings, separation agreements, and cohabitation agreements
Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients in high-conflict or complex matters
Collaborate with our team of dedicated legal professionals for case support and cross-coverage
Who You Are
A lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and in good standing
Minimum 3 years of post-call experience in family law litigation , including trial work and contested hearings
Confident managing files with limited supervision while maintaining exceptional client service
Strong command of the Family Law Rules , court procedures, and local practices in Central East and Toronto regions
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Energetic, resourceful, and able to juggle competing priorities under pressure
Eager to grow in a firm that values initiative, creativity, and performance
