Seeking Mid to Senior-level Associates with at least 4 years of relevant experience to work in its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group for our California, Chicago or DC offices.
We are looking for candidates who have significant experience in the areas of executive compensation and equity plan matters, deferred compensation and parachute payments, as well as the handling of general benefits and compensation matters in a fast-paced mergers and acquisition practice, including experience specifically with Internal Revenue Code (e.g., 409A, 280G, 162(m) and 83) and United States securities laws.
Executive compensation public company reporting experience and due diligence experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus. We prefer candidates with big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, excellent analytical and writing skills, and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools. Candidates should have 4 years of relevant experience.
