We are looking for a professional to join our Litigation team , with strong technical expertise in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Communication Technologies. The role involves handling complex disputes, analyzing technology-intensive matters, and supporting litigation strategy across multiple forums.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in and handle litigation matters, including commercial disputes, IP-related litigation, and other contentious proceedings.
Analyse technical documents, contracts, and evidence related to electronics, telecom, semiconductor, and communication technologies.
Support preparation of pleadings, written submissions, evidence, and cross-examination briefs.
Work closely with technical experts to build strong legal and factual positions.
Conduct detailed legal and technical research relevant to ongoing disputes.
Participate in court hearings, client meetings, and litigation strategy discussions.
Manage documentation, filings, timelines, and coordination with internal teams.
Stay updated on emerging technologies such as 4G/5G/6G, IoT, semiconductor design, and AI-driven communication systems, and their legal implications.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering is mandatory.
LL.B. degree with valid enrolment with a State Bar Council.
3–7 years of experience in Litigation / IP Litigation (flexible based on candidate profile).
Strong understanding of litigation procedures, evidence handling, and legal drafting.
Ability to interpret complex technical concepts and translate them into clear legal arguments.
Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Exposure to technology-related disputes, telecom matters, or regulatory litigation is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
