Cortes Immigration Law Firm is seeking a skilled, self-motivated, and client-focused Case Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone with practical experience in business immigration cases who’s ready to contribute their expertise and support our clients effectively.
What You’ll Do:
· Draft, review, and prepare immigration documents with accuracy and care.
· Research and collect evidence to build strong client cases.
· Keep case files organized and up-to-date.
· Communicate with clients regularly, delivering top-notch customer service.
· Monitor case progress and update Attorneys with detailed reports.
· Support Attorneys in preparing and submitting cases to USCIS.
· Handle additional tasks to keep our team moving forward.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience: 1+ year of relevant immigration experience (strongly preferred—practical knowledge is key!).
· Skills:
o Excellent communication and writing abilities.
o Sharp research skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
o Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities
o Stellar customer service and a team-player attitude.
· Requirements: Must have US work authorization.
· Education: Degree not required; we prioritize relevant experience and demonstrated skills.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
