The Role and What You’ll Do:
The ideal candidate will have transactional experience from a top law firm or in-house legal practice, focusing on commercial transactions. The role offers a split work location between NYC and Stamford offices.
Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial contracts related to live events, sponsor ships, content distribution, social media, consumer products, licensing, production, event logistics, venues, marketing, consulting, services, talent, influencers, vendors, contractors, real property, releases, and waivers.
Assist with M&A transactions, litigation, IP management, regulatory issues, and other legal matters.
Provide legal advice and counsel to internal teams and executives.
Manage contractual obligations and conduct research on legal issues.
Coordinate with business, finance, and compliance departments on deal development.
Offer real-time legal analysis and interpretation of contracts.
Implement policies to improve contract and document management processes.
Collaborate with UFC, Endeavor’s legal team, and international colleagues.
Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
You Have These:
4-6 years of legal experience at a top law firm or corporate legal department.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong skills in drafting and negotiation.
Experience with commercial transactions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective time management and flexibility.
