Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Litigation Attorney in San Diego, CA, working on employment law and civil litigation matters. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for legal research, depositions, hearing attendance, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and general case handling. The role will involve working closely with clients and assisting in various litigation cases. Compensation DOE. 2+ years litigation experience preferable.
Qualifications
Membership in the California State Bar required
Legal research and negotiation skills
Experience in civil litigation and employment law, including Motions and depositions
Ability to provide sound legal advice
Strong understanding of general legal practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
