Job description
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for client service? We’re looking for a Legal Client Service Manager to oversee high-volume legal orders, guide a team of Case Assistants, and ensure every client deliverable is accurate and on time.
As a Legal Case Manager, you’ll be at the center of our operations—balancing client communication, compliance tracking, and day-to-day workflow. Your ability to prioritize, lead, and communicate effectively will drive success for both your team and our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a large volume of legal orders from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Case Assistants to meet deadlines and maintain quality
Serve as the primary point of contact for client updates, delivering proactive and timely communication
Track pre-payment compliance and resolve any discrepancies with clients
Review and respond to daily communications (emails, voicemails, mail) within a four-hour window
Follow up regularly with clients and custodians—daily for rush orders, every other day for standard
Collaborate with production teams to meet client expectations and internal timelines
Prioritize and escalate urgent orders as needed to ensure same-day processing
What You Bring:
Previous experience in legal services, records management, or case coordination preferred
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Fast and accurate typing (60 WPM minimum)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication tools
High school diploma required; college degree a plus
