Our client, a private equity firm with an office in NYC, is seeking a motivated lawyer to join their team in a hybrid role across compliance and legal. This individual would support the compliance function and more general businesses and strategic initiatives of a fund.
The firm is looking for 3-6 years of law firm experience with private fund formation and some compliance experience (or the interest in learning). Law firm experience is required. This role is hybrid – 4 days in office.
