Associate Counsel
A growing private equity real estate platform is looking for an Associate Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join its in-house legal team.
This role will focus on commercial contracts, legal support for multi-state operations, compliance matters, and general corporate work. You’ll work closely with leadership, finance, and operations teams in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements:
• J.D. and active bar admission
• 3–5 years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, or real estate law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• In-house or law firm background welcome
• Real estate industry exposure is a plus
