Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate (Corporate Lawyer) at MLR Legal, located in Bangkok. The Associate will be responsible for handling corporate legal matters, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice to clients.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts
Legal research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Law degree from an accredited law school
Experience working in a corporate legal setting is a plus
