Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable University in Indonesia or overseas.
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm.
- Registered with the Indonesian Bar (PERADI or equivalent) and licensed to practice law in Indonesia
- Strong legal analytical capability with a highly technical, detail-oriented approach, particularly in complex and strategic matters.
- Significant experience across both corporate advisory work and dispute related matters, including litigation and arbitration.
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin language is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of matters, manage cases independently under partner supervision, and exercise sound judgment in strategic decision-making.
- Strong leadership capability, including the ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and supervise junior lawyers.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines efficiently.
