Join Our Corporate and Capital Markets Team – Associate
ASC Law is looking for a talented Associate to join our Corporate and Capital Markets Department. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm or a distinguished multinational corporation.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with senior team members and advise clients on corporate matters, focusing on:
- Capital Markets (debt and equity)
- General Corporate Advisory, governance, and corporate structuring
- Commercial Contracts
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Corporate and/or Capital Markets
- M&A experience is a plus.
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
- Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 or above preferred)
- A collaborative and motivated team player eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
