Your responsibilities
- Advising on investigations, behavioural competition matters and regulatory strategy
- Representing clients before the European Commission and national authorities
- Handling State aid, FDI and EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation matters
- Working closely with international teams on cross-border competition files
- Actively contributing to business development and team growth initiatives
Ideal profile
- 5 to 8 years of Competition Law experience gained at a leading firm
- Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction
- Strong exposure to investigations and behavioural matters (merger control not the primary focus)
- Fluent in English, Dutch being an asset
- Outgoing personality with a genuine interest in business development
