Role Overview
Our client, a growing California Workers Compensation Defense Firm with over 12 offices across California, is hiring remote attorneys who reside and work in California.
Responsibilities
Handle workers compensation defense cases
Manage multiple projects efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and client-focused solutions
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-approved law school
Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
2+ years of Workers Compensation Defense experience
Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (not required)
Experience with depositions
Understanding of confidentiality requirements
