Associate Attorney – Student Services and Disabilities Jobs in Cerritos, CA at Atkinson Andelson Loya Ruud & Romo

A Juvenile Court judge is required to appoint a Court Investigator to investigate the conditions affecting the child and make a report to the court in a care and protection proceeding. This is a contract role with flexibility to take on investigation cases, as you wish. To be considered, you must have one of the following:

Experience as an Attorney (i.e. JD)
Experience as a Social Worker (i.e. LICSW)
Other professional experience with child welfare (Note: Please be specific in your application materials)

Writing sample, preferably in a legal memorandum or legal motion format for attorneys or report format for non-attorneys
