**Duties**
As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and legal tasks. These include:
– Reviewing and drafting documents, including pleadings, discovery materials, and motions
– Organizing and maintaining accurate records, including files and databases
– Assisting in the preparation of court appearances and trial materials
– Utilizing document management systems to manage and maintain documents and files. Familiarity with Dropbox and Lawmatics a plus
**Requirements**
– Experience in personal injury law required; familiarity with medical malpractice preferred
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
