Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in commercial real estate law, investment transactions and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Proficient in preparing, drafting and managing real estate transactions, including but not limited to contracts, deeds, titles and closing documents.
Ability to conduct title and survey reviews, zoning compliance and prepare accurate documentations.
Communicate with lenders, title companies, and lawyers to ensure accurate and timely closings.
Maintain accurate legal files in accordance with company compliance standards
Must be an organized, detail-oriented individual.
Ability to multitask and prioritize all duties as assigned.
All other tasks as assigned.
The schedule is Mon-Fri; 8 am to 5 pm, in office.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal assistant
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Word, Excel and industry-related software (RockportVal and Juniper Square)
Expected hours: 40 per week
