About YOU:

As a Contracts Coordinator, you bring several years of contract management experience, ideally within media, entertainment, or a related industry. You excel at working closely with legal and corporate teams, ensuring all aspects of the contract lifecycle are managed with precision and professionalism. Your strong grasp of legal language and processes, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, allows you to navigate complex priorities with flexibility and adaptability. Known for your organizational superpowers, you confidently manage multiple tasks and deadlines while safeguarding confidential and sensitive information. Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and contract management systems, you’re a trusted collaborator and problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Experience:

3–5 years of contract management experience, preferably in media, entertainment, or a related industry.
Experience working with contract management systems and maintaining detailed records.
A degree or diploma in business, legal studies, or a related field.
Legal or Paralegal certification or training is a plus but not required.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and explain legal language and processes.
Has the innate ability to navigate priorities while also being flexible and adaptable
Exceptional attention to detail and a logistics-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams.
Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with database tools.
Manage confidential and sensitive contract information with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for contract-related inquiries, balancing transparency with the need to safeguard proprietary information.
Maintain and update secure contract management systems, ensuring accurate records while adhering to data protection and confidentiality standards.
Support the administration and tracking of all contracts while ensuring compliance and confidentiality throughout all interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders while exercising discretion in handling sensitive negotiations and details.
Demonstrate strong judgment in managing and communicating contract provisions, ensuring alignment with company priorities and confidentiality protocols.

What is the Role:

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the Corporate team, supporting and managing a wide range of responsibilities, including the following

Contract Management:

Administering the contract lifecycle for APMC’s content licenses and NDAs, from intake to execution and tracking.
Acting as the point person for contract license requests, ensuring all requests are logged and processed efficiently.
Reviewing content license deal sheets and accurately inputting data into license templates.
Managing and maintaining Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for various stakeholders.
Preparing concise and clear contract summaries to ensure critical information is easily accessible.
Entering and maintaining key contract provisions in our database for quick reference and compliance.

Collaboration and Process Improvement:

Collaborating with the legal and corporate teams to maintain evergreen contract templates and streamline processes.
Assisting in audits of contract files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Compliance and Communication:

Ensuring contracts comply with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
Conducting research and summaries of regulatory legislation or requirements.
Participating in regulatory document review.

Administrative Support:

Monitoring contract deadlines, renewals, and expirations to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Assisting with reporting requirements.
Providing occasional support on key files that may require overtime during critical periods.
