Role Overview
The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a PIP Attorney, with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense background in the areas of PIP and BI is desired.
Your Day-to-Day:
Proficient in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, & Excel
Draft and review pleadings and motions
Respond to motions & discovery
Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
What You Bring:
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing skills and persuasive oral advocacy
Experience in litigation, especially in Insurance Defense, PIP, and Personal Injury is a plus
Desire to excel and advance within the firm
Client-first mindset and excellent customer service skills
Highly organized with clear communication
Self-starter and goal-oriented with long-term career focus
Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
