Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable attorney to join our tax, trusts and estates practice, serving wealthy individuals and their families as well as fiduciaries in connection with estate planning, trust and estate administration, and individual fiduciary income tax, gift tax and estate tax return preparation.
Relevant experience should include drafting complex estate plans with an understanding of provisions driven by tax and other considerations, trust and estate administration including familiarity with the probate process and preparation of trust and estate accountings, and tax reporting and return preparation.
LL.M. in taxation and/or CPA designation strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong quantitive skills and an eye for detail, and committed to providing our clients with service of the highest quality.
