Duties
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
Provide legal counsel and advocacy in disputes, litigation, and negotiations.
Communicate with clients, legal teams, court officials, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case management.
Maintain well-organized client files for seamless collaboration with attorneys and support staff.
Requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys while developing a strong client base.
Proficiency in managing multiple cases and deadlines.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the South Dakota Bar (required).
Admission to the Iowa Bar is a plus.
