Client**: Feher Law Firm
Location**: Torrance, CA (Open to one (1) day remote after probationary period)
Salary- – Base salary: $150,000+ per year, plus commission
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law and possess excellent research and writing skills.
Duties
Conduct legal research on various legal issues
Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions
Assist in preparing for trials and hearings
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters
Stay current on developments in the legal field and relevant regulations
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the state of employment
Proficiency in patent law, securities law, immigration law, tribal law regulations, workers compensation law, estate planning, and other relevant areas of law
Strong research and writing skills
Experience using legal research tools such as Westlaw
Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts both orally and in writing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
