## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing and maintaining legal documents related to automotive transactions. This role requires an understanding of title processing, automotive sales, and exceptional customer service skills.
## Duties
– Process and review legal documents related to automotive titles
– Conduct research to ensure accuracy of information
– Communicate with clients and other employees to provide updates on title status
– Assist in resolving any title issues that may arise
– Maintain organized records of all title-related documentation
– Run the documents to and from the county
## Skills
– Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
– Experience in title processing is a plus but not a requirement
– Excellent research abilities to verify information accurately
– No blemishes on your background and drivers license as you have to be approved from the county to run the transactions
