Job Overview
We are a Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm with four lawyers that have 100 plus years of trial experience. We are as good as anyone and our results show it. We have an active and growing Plaintiff’s practice, and we are looking for a legal assistant who we can train to help us develop and try cases. Our office building is at 31 Lenox Pointe in Buckhead and is very accessible to I-85, GA-400, and downtown.
Daily Duties
Obtain medical records & itemized bills
Prepare legal exhibits
Answer phone calls and forward messages
Communicate with clients, legal staff, court personnel, vendors and others
Collecting, sorting, and sending out mailings & packages
Organizing files
Saving evidence
Upkeep/schedule and calendar important deadlines and meetings
Keeping office supplies stocked and office clean
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
