Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong writing, organizational, and client development skills, with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with Workers Compensation.
Have experience in law and motions
Have experience taking and defending depositions
In good standing with the state bar
Have 2-5 years of civil litigation experience_ (Workers Compensation is prefferred practice)_
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
