Associates are given real authorship, courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to shape legal strategy early in their careers.
Ideal Background:
Judicial clerkship (federal or state appellate court preferred)
J.D. from a top-tier law school
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
1–3 years of litigation experience (law firm or government welcome)
Demonstrated interest in appellate advocacy, public interest litigation, or constitutional issues a plus
