PART-TIME LICENSED FLORIDA REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY with Specialty/Experience in Condominiums.
[$75/hr for remote/zoom work/appearancees & $125/hr for actual in-person court appearances and travel. NO CHARGE FOR PHONE CONVERSATIONS & CONSULTS]. Can do most of the work remotely. , If a court appearance is required, it will be either in Orange or Seminole County. Many of the hearings are presently by zoom.
Collections, Demand letters, Enforcement of Court Rulings, Research, Filings, etc
