Duties:
Assist senior attorneys in handling the defense of medical malpractice cases from inception to trial.
Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests and demands.

Meet with expert witnesses to discuss case details and provide guidance.
Provide legal counsel to clients, keeping them informed of case developments.
Draft and file motions on various legal and medical issues pertinent to each case.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case management and client communication.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice defense.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Ability to handle a range of legal tasks, including drafting motions and participating in court proceedings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
