Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in estate planning, guardianship, and probate law. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate a genuine commitment to collaborative teamwork. This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in estate planning and probate law. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and effective legal advice to clients.
Represent clients in hearings and related court appearances.
Conduct thorough legal research and apply findings to client cases.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision and accuracy using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Comply with firm policies and standard formatting.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff.
Consistently meet established metrics and maintain required billable hour quotas.
Accurately track and record time spent on all client matters per firm policies. (Experience with Clio is a plus!)
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning, guardianship, and probate law.
Proven legal research, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)

Schedule: Our firm operates Monday through Friday not including most federal holidays. However, this role may require work outside firm operating times to meet client needs.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel to and from court appearances and related matters using a personal vehicle is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided at the standard IRS rate.
