I am currently working with a National firm based in Miami who are actively seeking multiple Litigation Attorney’s to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines:

The Role
- Support Insurance Defense Litigation – Assist in the defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
- Perform Strategic Legal Research – Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
- Draft and Manage Litigation Documents – Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
- Contribute to Client Development Efforts – Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.

- Base Salary up to $200K Base
