What We’re Looking For:
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
Previous law firm experience in Capital Markets (AmLaw experience preferred, not required).
Strong foundation in capital markets law and an in-depth understanding of U.S. securities regulations.
Excel at managing intricate legal challenges and collaborating within a fast-paced, high-performing team.
