An experienced regional insurance defense law firm, serving auto and home insurer/clients, is seeking an experienced insurance defense paralegal to manage a growing volume of insurance defense litigation in Georgia.
Qualifications for this position include:
Five (5) years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience;
Preferred experience managing and producing insurance defense litigation pleadings, discovery, motions, from start to finish.
Outstanding organization skills and discipline, with ability to proactively draft, review and prepare necessary legal documents, pleadings and notifications;
Manage case files and proactive scheduling of client interviews, party depositions and mediations.
Excellent legal writing skills;
Ability to prioritize and timely execute clients’ litigation management expectations;
Experience using online case management systems, all Microsoft Office applications, basic office equipment, etc.
Flexible work style, which includes both working independently and well with others; and
Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
A paralegal with a strong work ethic will succeed in this position.

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
