Associate Attorney – Family Law Jobs in Potomac, MD at Strickler, Platnick & Hatfield
This opening is for a person who will perform work as both an assistant and a paralegal if he or she has paralegal training.
Recent college grads taking a year or more off before going to law school are encouraged to apply.
Excellent telephone skills required.
Strong spelling, drafting, and proofreading skills required.
Self-starter is a necessity.
An ability to work in a quiet workspace is a must.
Proficiency in Word, Adobe, Excel, Outlook.
This is a 32 hour per week in-person job (9am – 5pm). The office is closed on Friday. Experience with estate planning and administration, guardianships, trusts, Medicaid, long term care planning and elder law consulting is helpful. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent drafting skills.
