Associate Attorney – Did you Just Pass the CA Bar? Jobs in Sacramento, CA at Injury Lawyers
Andrews and Cox, PC d/b/a Bleecker Brodey & Andrews (BB&A) is looking for a detail-oriented Legal Assistant Specialist to assist our Litigation Manager and Prejudgment Manager. This role will provide critical support in handling administrative tasks that ensure smooth case management and efficient workflow within our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Check in affidavits and ensure all documentation is accurate and filed properly
Input new business into our case management system with a high degree of accuracy
Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, tracking case progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed promptly
Perform other clerical and organizational tasks as needed to support our litigation and prejudgment teams
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior administrative or clerical experience is a plus but not required
