Based in New York City, we are a well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in banking and corporate litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex financial disputes, corporate governance matters, and regulatory compliance issues. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases, collaborate with seasoned attorneys, and provide strategic legal counsel to corporate clients and financial institutions.
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience including commercial foreclosures, asset recovery and workouts, and mortgage defense litigation
Strong research, writing and analytical skills
Admission to the New York Bar
Responsibilities
The role will include preparation of pleadings and motions, discovery compliance, depositions, court appearances, trial assistance, and direct client contact.
We have a long history of high-quality work and strong integrity, practicing in a collaborative environment and poised for strong growth. Salary range is $175,000 – $225,000, commensurate with experience.
