A law firm in Oklahoma City is seeking an Associate Attorney with corporate experience. The ideal candidate will have Bar admission and a background in corporate law to contribute to the firm’s legal practice.
Duties:
Assist senior attorneys in corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contractual agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate transactions and client advice.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties involved in corporate transactions.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence processes as required.
Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements:
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
Demonstrated experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
Strong understanding of corporate legal principles and practices.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Education:
