Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury Law Firm. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting discovery, preparing legal documents, and handling other personal injury-related tasks. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in personal injury law and be ready to manage cases from inception through settlement or trial. You will collaborate with senior attorneys and play a vital role in providing top-notch legal counsel to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare legal documents including complaints, briefs, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct depositions and other discovery-related activities
Handle case management and update client files with meticulous attention to detail
Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings, hearings, and mediations
Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the personal injury claims process
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Work closely with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and case strategy
Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active member of the State Bar in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of personal injury law experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and litigation skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
Strong organizational and time management abilities
