Key Responsibilities
Handle a diverse portfolio of construction defect cases from inception to resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
Provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are effectively represented.
Conduct thorough research on construction laws, regulations, and precedents to build strong cases.
Work closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop and implement case strategies.
Prepare and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and contracts related to construction defect claims.
Ensure all legal practices adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing construction law.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in construction defect law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
