Are you highly organized and eager to begin a career in law? Our Administrative Assistant position is an entry-level role designed to introduce you to the legal field, with room to grow into a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations (phones, mail, organization)
Assist attorneys and paralegals with document organization and case preparation
Maintain client files (physical and electronic)
Support the team with administrative tasks
This position will provide support to our legal assistants, paralegals, and law clerks. It will expose you to all the different things that go on administratively at a law firm.
