Job Title: Managing Attorney – Family Law
Location: Remote (Hybrid or In-Office Options Available in Georgia)
Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses

Experience Required: 8+ years of family law litigation experience

Most of the clients are pre-vetted for reasonableness and want to avoid drama.

If a case becomes overly litigious or the client is unreasonably high-conflict, we refer it out.
Our culture is built around the idea that our team’s well-being comes first, because we can’t help others if we’re constantly in crisis.
Compensation:
$125,000 – $150,000
Responsibilities:
As Managing Attorney, you’ll be the legal leader of the firm, working closely with the owner to run a high-functioning, healthy, and impactful legal team.
Lead, mentor, and manage associate attorneys and paralegals
Oversee all legal work and ensure efficient, top-quality client service
Strategically guide clients through divorce, custody, and related family law matters
Monitor deadlines, move cases forward, and keep clients informed
Help improve legal systems and processes as we grow
Appear in court or mediation (though many cases settle early)
Qualifications:
What You Bring
8+ years of Georgia family law litigation experience
Leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
A calm, confident approach to conflict resolution
Excellent communication, organization, and emotional intelligence
Tech-comfortable (we’re remote-friendly and use Clio, Microsoft 365, etc.)
What You Get
Base salary: $125,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
