Position Overview
Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated Associate Attorney with 5 years of experience to join our Real Estate Group
. This position will include responsibilities in litigation, title, and compliance
. The role may be hybrid or remote once eligibility requirements are met; however, the attorney must be licensed and located in or near Arkansas
.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation and title deadlines effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, and responses well in advance of deadlines.
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Appear in court and at depositions as required.
- Review title reports and related legal documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate case management.
- Maintain compliance with firm policies, deadlines, and client service standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate and/or title law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
