Our client, a rapidly growing law firm at the forefront of real estate development and public finance, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their Affordable Housing & Community Development Practice Group in Austin, Texas.
What You’ll Do:
Advise and represent clients in affordable housing, community development, and real estate transactions.
Structure and negotiate complex deals, ensuring compliance with tax credits, bond financing, and regulatory frameworks.
Partner with developers, lenders, and public agencies to facilitate innovative housing solutions.

Requirements
Who You Are:
A licensed attorney in Texas, in good standing.
Have 3-5 years of experience in affordable housing, bond, tax credit transactions, real estate, or real estate finance.
Thrive in a collaborative, high-energy legal environment.
Possess a strong understanding of financial structures, contracts, and regulatory compliance in real estate development.
Ready to hit the ground running and take on a meaningful role from day one.
Your Background:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (Top 1/3 of class preferred).
Solid experience in private law firms, with a focus on real estate transactions, finance, or public-private partnerships.
