Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Gallagher, Gams, Tallan, Barnes & Littrell, LLP located in Columbus, OH. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting discovery and legal research, drafting pleadings, negotiating, preparing and participating in trials and appellate arguments, and practicing in all areas of litigation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission
Experience in a law firm or at a prosecutors office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Desire to work in a small law firm and advance to being a partner
