Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court appearances, pleading motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trial proceedings.
Provide legal support and guidance in various practice areas.
Maintain and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their legal needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare legal documents and strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Active membership with the State Bar of California.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Experience (Preferred):
Prior experience in litigation or specific practice areas related to the firm’s focus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
